LOCATION: North Lombook District
The Program Officer will support NTB Field Manager in implementing all activities of the HARMONY Project in target ECCD centers in Kabupaten Lombok Utara. S/he will be responsible for technical activities related to programmatic implementation and monitoring of all project activities, S/he will also involve in the development of the project workplan, ensure that all programmatic activities included in the implementation plan are implemented and outcomes are assessed.

The person in this role will spend 50% of their working hours in Fundraiser venue site, assist F2F West Venue Officer in dealing process with mall management, working with Team Leaders and Fundraisers in the site on a daily basis
The Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning Officer will be responsible for ensuring proper
design and implementation of the MEAL system, including disseminating results to stakeholders and
involving children and community members. This post holder will oversee the management of monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning activities. S/he will ensure that MEAL systems are developed and implemented at a high quality and in a timely manner and are in line with YSTC standards. S/he will ensure that lessons learned, and accountability mechanism of implemented programs are documented and shared for improved program intervention quality at Sumba Field Office.
Save the Children (SC) and its partners, Legal Aid Foundation (YLBHI) and TIFA Foundation (TIFA) seek to support the government to protect and promote the human rights of vulnerable groups in response to the impact of COVID-19 in the provinces of West Nusa Tenggara and East Java; through the implementation of HEAL Project (Promote Human rights and Equality to Achieve Sustainability). The project aims to protect and promote the human rights of vulnerable groups in response to the impact of COVID-19; particularly to ensure the rights of vulnerable groups, including children, in West Nusa Tenggara and East Java, are better protected and their rights to government social protection are strengthened.
Save the Children will implement COVID-19 Response for Elementary School to ensure that the children can learn from home during this challenging time and ssupport the back-to-school campaign to ensure vulnerable children continue learning and ensure that the school is safe for children to return.
